Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our support team.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact our support team for assistance.
